This is a special 3 jar gift box set of our honey including 1 jar of creamed honey and 2 jars of honey from different batches (with different flavour and / or colour profiles).
We have hives, a bee nursery and swarms that have been saved at our urban farm in Thornleigh, plus other sites along the Larool creek and in several back yards in the area.
Our valley is perfect for bees. Because of the high rainfall, our vast supply of eucalyptus and acacias and the abundance of local gardens, there is nectar for bees throughout the year.
